Hello NG!

I recently bought Little Big Planet on PS3. I quickly finished the story mode, unlocking all the items and began working on the editor. It's incredible how the possibilities are endless!

My first level is called "Memory Game [kbbsp]" (My PSN id_ is "kebabsoup") It's a basic memory game where you have to repeat a randomly given combination that gets longer and longer. The kind of things that are easy and boring to code using AS3.

But here....in Little Big Planet, I challenged myself to create the whole game mechanics with all the arrays, the booleans and functions using cardboard, bolts, glass, metal and stone. I'm pretty proud of the result ^_^

Weeks ago, I started learning ActionScript 3 with the ambition to code cool games. I bought a book, studied several chapters, made some games that are not worth the submitting. But yesterday, I bought Little Big Planet on PS3 and I made the mistake to enter the editor..... I already had the opportunity to try it with the BETA version but now....with all the items unlocked.... the possibilities are just endless!

So I'll put my AS3 on standby for some time >_< I need to make some maps on LBP. See you "soon" !

I recently watched the "Tankmen" serie by JohnnyUtah. I totally fell in love with those stupid tankmen! They are so cool! So, I decided to dedicate my first project to the NG logo, JohnnyUtah and the tankmen. Actually, I'm already working on a top secret game but I can't tell you much more for the moment...

I've been watching and blamming flashies for some weeks now and I have to admit I contracted the virus! I'll get the latest Adobe Flash CS4, I'll stuff myself with endless flash tutorials and I'll catch up with all these years of ignorance.
